EAVA FM - Radio Station

IMC has supported the development of EAVA FM, a first multi- lingual community radio station based in the media centre. Popular and rapidly growing, the radio station broadcasts across Leicester 24/7 bringing together different communities and embracing their cultures, languages and community issues. EAVA FM makes tremendous contribution to the lives of many communities across Leicester with a large listenership serving a wide range of communities including Chinese, Somali, Swahili, English, Shona (South African), Pidgin/French (West African), Polish and others including various Asian originating from south east Asia and Africa.

NON LINEAR EDIT SUITE Post Production room with Non linear video and audio Apple Mac editing suite with Graphics and non linear editing faclities .

AUDIO /SOUND RECORDING SUITE Sound Production room with live recording facilities for voice overs and radio productions.

9am -1pm	£ 200	Studio Engineer - £ 45

1.30pm -5.30pm	£ 250	Studio Engineer- £ 45

6pm – 10pm	£ 250	Studio Engineer- £ 50

PLEASE NOTE ALL STUDIO HIRE WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL STUDIO ENGINEER CHARGE AS ABOVE

The media centre is a newly modernised building with parking , Break Room and disabled toilet facilities
